5K..... I did it!!!
So there was a 5K today to kick off the health fair. I heard about it on Wednesday, and I wanted to do it. So Wednesday night I started running to get ready for it (not a very good training program I know) anyway I am so proud of myself for doing it. I finished 49th out of probably 150-250 (not exactly sure the right number of runners) my time was 34 minutes and 18 seconds, which put me at about 10 minutes and 30ish seconds per miles. It was so fun, I did it with my sister and my best friend Jenny. We all had such a good time we are thinking about doing one in Salt Lake on May 16th. I guess that means I should really start training. Good Times!!!

Good job! I could never do it! So sorry about the sleepover!!??! THe girls are so sick!!!! Brinklee cried for an hour yesterday! Tell them we'll do it in a couple of weeks if that's ok.
yeah you did it. Yes we definatley should do the one in Salt Lake.
